Solving design challenges with creativity and connection
Kailee Carneau is a User Experience Designer and Strategist with a knack for process improvement, and establishing the connections that fuel innovative designs and services. Kailee works with clients to navigate constraints, and solve seemingly impossible problems by building bridges between future goals, and present needs.
After spending seven years in the government sector, Kailee knows that status quo is an invitation for the innovation needed to invite human flourishing.
With a rapidly evolving world, and changing customer needs, design challenges can be very overwhelming, and our ability to adapt creatively to meet these challenges can shape our spaces, our relationships, and ultimately our lives.
Kailee started Kano & Co. to help people, and small businesses, reuse, repurpose, & reimagine their spaces to make room for who they want to be, & the future they want to see. Together we can redesign what's possible.
Kailee holds a Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (Business Psychology) from the University of New Haven, and is a certified User-Experience Designer.
