Consultation & Culture Baseline
This is the part where we get to know each other. You tell me about your business and your goals, and we both decide if working together is a good fit. This gives us both a chance to ask questions. I will also ask you to take a brief culture quiz.

Interviews & Instruments
This is where I learn from you. First, I will observe your day to day operations. Next, I will interview the leadership team, and some of your employees and customers. Additionally, I will conduct 2-3 of the following assessments of your business:

Work & Workshopping
After we discuss the feedback from your interviews and assessments, I will recommend one of our four curated workshops: Vision & Values, Brainstorming & Problem Solving, Business Building or Customer Service. Our businesses thrive when we commit time to getting better together- that's what this step is all about. It is essential to get everyone on the same page and moving towards the same goals.

Recomendations & Roadmap
We will take the data collected during your workshop, and your assessment results to establish milestones and goals for your business. One example of this could be taking your values and connecting them to a customized performance evaluation plan for all your employees.

Follow Through & Follow Up
This is where I will check in with you to see how your goals are going. I won't leave you to finish the job on your own. Once your coach always your coach..so I will be available if you ever need help working through a new culture problem or need to adjust your original targets.
