Initial Consultation
This is the part where we get to know each other. You tell me about your business and your goals, and we both decide if working together is a good fit.

Interviews
This is where I learn from you. First, I will observe your day to day operations. Next, I will interview the leadership team, and some of your employees. These steps allow me to establish a baseline of your culture.

Work & Workshopping
After we discuss the feedback from your interviews, we will recommend one of our four curated workshops: Vision & Values, Brainstorming/Problem Solving, or Customer Service. Our businesses thrive when we commit time to getting better together- that's what this step is all about. It is essential to get everyone on the same page and moving towards the same goals.

Recomendations & Roadmap
We will take the data collected during your workshop, and use it to establish milestones and goals for your business.

Follow Through & Follow Up
This is where I will check in with you to see how your goals are going. I won't leave you to finish the job on your. Once your coach always your coach..so I will be available if you ever need help working through a new culture problem or need to adjust your original targets.
